Guest Room mode allows you to display, change, or enter new information about a guest room (condition, occupancy), the guest (name, wake-up) and the room extension (number, call blocking, call restrictions). You can change or enter new information in a guest room display by using softkeys.
None of the Guest Services functions, including displaying guest room information, are available on the 5540 IP Console in a Clustered Hospitality environment.
